The building has 27 rooms, both singles, doubles, double use single, triple and qudruple, for a complete total of 53 sleeping accommodations. The rooms are located on two floors connected by an elevator, complete with adjustable central heating and conditioned air, phone, TV and mini-fridge in the rooms.
